Our frames are made from 100% recycled plastic and designed as a single material system, making them light, strong, repairable and recyclable.
We manufacture in Sydney so we can control quality, working conditions and environmental impact.
Parts can be replaced rather than discarded, reducing waste over time.
Packaging is 100% recycled and designed to protect, not impress.
We believe sustainability should be built into the product, not added as a marketing layer.

Less CO2
Because we use only 100% recycled plastic in our frames, we use 70-75% less CO2 in our manufacturing than almost all other brands who use virgin materials (brand new plastic/ bioacetate).
Less waste
Our manufacturing process is zero waste. Every piece of our off-cut plastic finds a new home.
Less energy
Because we've reengineered the frame, we use less energy in our production. We make a frame in 90 seconds instead of the typical 100 hours.
Sunnies made by the sun
Our manufacturing partner has installed some serious solar panels on the factory roof. We only runs our frame making machines in the day to take advantage of this renewable power. Good thing the suns always shining in Sydney!
Box, case & cloth
All are made from certified 100% recycled materials in our certified factories in China (via our local agent in Sydney).
Plastic removal
Through Clean Hub, we prevent plastic waste from reaching the ocean. The process 100% traceable and certified. Each pair sold stops 0.5kg (equiv. to 25 plastic bottles)
