I managed to crack the frame of my [large chain supplied] glasses, and thought I'd take the punt with goodcitizens, as they ticked all my boxes. Uploaded my script and crossed my fingers. The glasses are amazing, distance and reading. And I get a LOT of favourable comments. Now thinking about what colour arms to get.

Purchased some prescription glasses and the process couldn’t have been easier as I had my latest prescription ready and my new glasses arrived in no time and I didn’t even have to leave the house! I also bought some different coloured arms and clips and they were so easy to change I didn’t even need a tutorial as they were so intuitive. I love them - can’t recommend Good Citizens highly enough.

The team were very quick to respond to my order. Despite some issue with parcels going missing, they quickly sent me a second pair, which arrived just 2 days after the original, which wasn’t missing after all. They also quickly responded to my query when the second parcel arrived and sent me clear instructions on how to send it back.
