I dropped and stood on my glasses, damaging one the arms. I dropped them back into the store I brought them from in Avalon hoping for a miracle but expecting nothing 😂. Within 24hrs they called saying the owner of the company, personally, had fixed my glasses free of charge. Honestly, you don't get this service anywhere. So good! Super appreciative!!! Amazing glasses.

We make our glasses in Sydney and dispatch the same day, Monday to Friday. Delivery times depend on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within a few days.
