Most glasses aren't made to be repaired. Ours are.
At Good Citizens, we believe the most sustainable product is the one you don’t throw away. That’s why every pair of our sunglasses, reading glasses and prescription frames is built from five modular parts you can swap, customise or fix at home in seconds.
Here’s how it works.
What parts can be replaced?
All of them. Our eyewear is made from five simple parts:
If anything breaks or wears down, you don’t need to toss the whole pair. Just unclip and replace the part.
How do I repair or customise them?
It’s quick and easy:
-
hold the frame securely
-
press the clip out from the inside
-
slide off the part you want to replace
-
slide in the new part
-
snap the clip back into place
That’s it. Your glasses are ready to go again.

Can I change the colour or style?
Absolutely.
You can mix and match frame fronts, arms and clips to suit your mood or outfit. Swap to a different colour, change your look or freshen up your favourite pair.
Where do I get replacement parts?
Right here on our website.
We sell individual parts so you can repair instead of replace. It’s affordable, fast and designed to keep your eyewear out of landfill.
Why does this matter?
Most glasses are glued or welded shut, making them hard to fix and easy to bin.
We designed our eyewear differently to reduce waste, save money and keep your frames working for years.
Repairing your eyewear shouldn't be a last resort. It should be the first step.
Thanks for being a Good Citizen.
